Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate security, market safety, and fleet safety initiatives in compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections, compliance reviews, incident investigations, and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Support fleet safety programs including driver training, safety campaigns, emergency preparedness, and business continuity planning.
- Oversee safety and security aspects of workplace projects, relocations, business events, and employee travel.
- Manage daily security operations across multiple sites such as offices and warehouses, including monitoring guarding services, access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and incident response.
- Identify security risks, develop mitigation strategies, and supervise service provider performance.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, expenditure tracking, procurement, and financial reporting related to security and safety functions.
- Maintain risk registers, policies, procedures, action trackers, and governance documentation to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
- Prepare KPI reports, dashboards, presentations, and updates for management and stakeholders.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and governance forums to uphold organizational standards.
- Coordinate training programs, awareness campaigns, and emergency drills focused on security, safety, and fleet operations.
- Develop communications to promote safety awareness, compliance, and proactive risk management.
- Utilize analytics, reporting tools, automation, and digital solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Security Management, Business Administration, Management Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in security operations, market safety, fleet safety, environmental health and safety (EHS), risk management, emergency preparedness, budget management, or related operational roles.
- Proven ability to work across multiple locations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessments, incident management, training coordination, reporting, and financial processes.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
