Security Operations Manager

Indigo Hotel is seeking a seasoned and proactive security professional to assist the Chief Security Officer in enhancing the overall security framework across the hotel premises. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and supporting the security team to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and visits to all company buildings and premises to assess security conditions.
- Identify security gaps, vulnerabilities, and areas that require improvement to mitigate risks effectively.
- Prepare, maintain, and update security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, registers, and other essential documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the existing security team to enhance discipline, vigilance, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor security deployment and ensure strict adherence to established procedures.
- Follow up on corrective actions and oversee the implementation of security improvements to maintain high standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Retired Army Officer, preferably holding the rank of Major.
- Proven experience in security management and administration.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent command, inspection, and reporting skills.
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and security documentation.
