Desert Hawks Security Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Officer to oversee security personnel deployed across various client sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth security operations by managing guard deployment, maintaining workforce strength, and coordinating with clients to address any security-related issues. This role requires hands-on supervision, regular site visits, and strict adherence to company policies and client requirements. The position is based in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, with a monthly salary range of PKR 50,000 to 60,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage security guards assigned to different projects, ensuring optimal performance and discipline.
- Maintain the required number of security personnel at all assigned sites, adjusting deployment as needed.
- Handle recruitment, deployment, and replacement of security guards to meet operational demands.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and overall conduct of security staff to uphold company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with both company policies and client expectations.
- Coordinate effectively with clients to promptly resolve any project-related security concerns.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of guard deployment, attendance, and daily operational activities.
- Ensure all projects remain adequately staffed and operationally compliant at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the private security sector, preferably within a security services company.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, including guard deployment, recruitment processes, and site management.
- Proven ability to manage security personnel and maintain the necessary workforce strength across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills to handle client interactions and internal team management.
- Candidates residing in Rawalpindi and Islamabad will be given preference.
