Security Supervisor

We are looking for a committed Security Supervisor to manage and oversee daily security operations at our facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, vehicles, and goods by enforcing effective security protocols. This position demands strong leadership, vigilance, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to maintain a secure and orderly environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise security personnel and coordinate all daily security activities.
- Monitor the entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and goods to ensure adherence to security procedures.
- Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles, containers, and shipments to prevent unauthorized access or loss.
- Continuously monitor CCTV footage and maintain accurate security logs and records.
- Enforce company security policies, access control measures, and emergency response plans efficiently.
- Oversee container inspections, loading and unloading operations, and verify shipment documentation for accuracy.
- Detect and prevent unauthorized entry, theft, loss, and promptly identify suspicious activities.
- Collaborate with Administration, HR, Compliance, and other departments to coordinate security efforts.
- Conduct regular security briefings, assign duties to security staff, and monitor their performance closely.
- Report security incidents immediately to management and maintain comprehensive incident documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Preference will be given to retired Ex-Army personnel.
- Experience in security management within industrial, factory, or textile environments is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills combined with discipline, sharp observation, and sound decision-making abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of security protocols including access control, vehicle inspections, CCTV monitoring, and emergency procedures.
- Proven track record in supervising security teams and maintaining detailed documentation.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Physically fit, alert, responsible, and willing to work in shifts as required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience in security roles within the industrial or textile sectors is an advantage.
- This is a full-time, on-site position requiring hands-on supervision and immediate response capability.
- Competitive monthly salary offered, ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs55,000.
