Premier Security Services is seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to join its operational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, preferably with prior military experience, and possess the ability to manage and coordinate security personnel effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising guards, ensuring their attendance, and maintaining smooth security operations across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily attendance of security guards and conduct regular site rounds to ensure compliance and vigilance.
- Manage duty coverage by arranging substitute guards promptly in case of absences or shortages at any location.
- Recruit and arrange both civilian and retired military guards as per operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation including attendance records, site reports, and all necessary operational paperwork.

Required Qualifications:
- Retired personnel from the Pakistan Army, preferably Havaldar or Lance Naik rank, will be given priority.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working with a reputable security company is essential.
- Candidates must be physically fit and energetic to perform field duties effectively.
- Proficiency in motorcycle riding with a valid driving license and access to a motorcycle is required.
- Ability to source and arrange both civilian and retired army guards as needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Salary range is between Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month.
