Security Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to lead and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring the safety and protection of property and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, with experience in supervising staff and developing security policies. This full-time, rotational position is based in Karachi Clifton, and candidates should be willing to commute reliably or plan to relocate prior to starting work. The role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to guide the team effectively, especially during emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of security officers, ensuring efficient scheduling and task allocation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to security staff to enhance their performance and professionalism.
- Ensure the protection of company property and assets through vigilant oversight and proactive measures.
- Direct security personnel to respond appropriately during emergencies, maintaining calm and control in critical situations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience in a similar security supervisory role.

- Candidates who can reliably commute to Karachi Clifton or are planning to relocate before starting work are preferred.
