Security Supervsior (Ex-Army)

We are seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor with a background in the military to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in security supervision and be a resident of Lahore. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage security personnel effectively. The candidate should be proficient in basic computer applications such as Excel and Word and possess a minimum educational qualification of F.A. Age preference for this position is between 40 to 50 years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance records for security guards, drivers, and related staff.
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor the premises to ensure safety and security.
- Oversee the maintenance of protocol vehicles, manage material movement, and maintain accurate vehicle logbooks.
- Coordinate with external security companies for the hiring and replacement of security guards as needed.
- Identify and report any suspicious activities promptly.
- Respond effectively to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents.
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety and security procedures at all times.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of F.A.
- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years as a Security Supervisor.
- Ex-Army background is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Must be a resident of Lahore.
- Age between 40 and 50 years.
