Self Verifier Final Expense

We are seeking motivated and experienced Self Verifiers to join our Final Expense Insurance team based in DHA Phase 1, Islamabad. This full-time, on-site role involves manually dialing warm leads, verifying customer information, assessing interest and eligibility, and transferring qualified prospects to Senior Policy Closers for final enrollment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage prospects professionally while meeting daily targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manually dial warm leads provided by the company.
- Verify customer information and eligibility accurately.
- Build rapport with customers and assess their interest in Final Expense coverage.
- Gather all required information efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
- Address basic customer questions and handle objections professionally.
- Transfer qualified and interested prospects to Senior Closers for final enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including detailed call notes.
- Consistently meet daily verification and transfer targets to support team goals.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Final Expense verification or a similar role.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in manual dialing and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to engage and build trust with prospects confidently and professionally.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and commitment to reliability.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential for this role.
