Senior Account Officer-A&F

ZIZ TECH is a dynamic and growing technology company dedicated to providing innovative and reliable solutions. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and support our financial operations. This role involves managing key accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and purchasing activities.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing and vendor payments.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoice generation and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with financial reporting.
- Prepare financial reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Salary range: PKR 50,000 – 80,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

Job Details
- Location: Al-Hafeez Shopping Mall, Gulberg III, Lahore.
- Work Mode: On-site / In-person.
- Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday.
- Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
