This role involves managing the overall maintenance and operational activities of a building to ensure smooth functioning and upkeep. The candidate will be responsible for supervising repair work, handling utility and vendor bills, coordinating with government departments, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across all areas of the premises. Daily monitoring of electrical appliances and power generation equipment is also a key part of the job, along with managing lodging, boarding, procurement, and inventory tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee building rent and maintenance repair work to ensure timely and quality completion.
- Manage monthly utility bills and vendor payments accurately.
- Liaise and coordinate with various government departments for compliance and documentation.
- Conduct regular inspections of the building premises, including open and covered areas, washrooms, visa hall, and office floors, to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning.
- Monitor the operation of electrical appliances and equipment across all floors.
- Supervise the running of the generator set, including daily updates of electricity consumption and fuel usage, as well as engine tuning and repair work.
- Arrange lodging and boarding facilities as required.
- Handle procurement processes and maintain inventory records on a daily basis.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in building maintenance and facility management.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and handle billing processes efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills to conduct regular inspections and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Basic technical knowledge of electrical appliances and generator operation.
- Experience in procurement and inventory management.
- Good communication skills for dealing with government departments and internal teams.
