Senior Admissions Counselor

Nexskill is seeking a motivated and confident Admission & Counselling Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing course information, and supporting enrollment efforts. This position requires strong communication skills and a professional demeanor to effectively counsel students and assist in converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries and provide detailed guidance on available courses.
- Counsel prospective students about various programs and related career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads to support and improve admission conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate admission records and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional personality suitable for student counselling.
- Previous experience in admissions, counselling, or sales is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales is required.
- Availability for immediate joining.
