- Proven ability to own strategy, budgets, and performance outcomes beyond campaign execution.
- Strong expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social planning, scaling, conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics.
- Demonstrated accountability for campaign wins and losses, with a history of managing accounts with near-zero preventable client-facing errors.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills with the ability to challenge weak strategies and unrealistic expectations.
- Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Sheets, Excel, task management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana), and research tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- Ability to lead and develop teams, enforce quality assurance systems, and maintain high standards of campaign execution.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and offline conversion tracking is a strong plus.
- Experience applying AI and automation to improve campaign planning, testing, and reporting.
- Strong communication skills to act as a strategic client partner, managing performance discussions and building trust.
- The role is based in Lahore (on-site) with working hours aligned to 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM local time, corresponding to 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, including adjustments for US daylight saving time.
- Opportunity to grow into senior leadership roles by building scalable systems and fostering team maturity.
