Senior Agentic AI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer who is passionate about building advanced AI systems capable of reasoning and operating within the C++ software engineering lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and refine sophisticated AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex software engineering tasks.
- Integrate AI agents natively with C++ development tools such as compilers (LLVM), debuggers (GDB/LLDB), build systems (CMake, Bazel), profilers, and static analyzers to enable programmatic code comprehension and modification.
- Implement and innovate on agentic AI frameworks including ReAct, Chain of Thought (CoT), and LangGraph, orchestrating multi-agent systems for enhanced problem-solving.
- Design telemetry and data pipelines to capture agent trajectories (state, action, observation) for generating high-quality datasets used in model fine-tuning.
- Manage retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems utilizing vector databases and code-specific embedding models like GraphCodeBert for efficient knowledge retrieval.
- Develop secure, sandboxed remote execution environments using container technologies such as Docker and Firecracker to safely build and run C++ code.
- Collaborate with backend teams to design APIs (gRPC, REST) and cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, GCP/AWS) supporting scalable agentic systems.

Required Qualifications
- Deep theoretical and practical expertise in large language models (LLMs), including transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, fine-tuning methods (LoRA, QLoRA), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and evaluating complex, multi-step LLM agents capable of reasoning, planning, and tool usage.
- Mastery of Python for AI/ML development, data processing, and backend integration.
- Strong foundation in computer science principles such as algorithms, data structures, operating systems, and software engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of the C++ ecosystem, including build systems (CMake, Make, Bazel), debuggers (GDB, LLDB), profilers (perf, Valgrind), and IDE extension or Language Server Protocol (LSP) development.
- Proficiency in static and dynamic program analysis, utilizing tools like Clang-Tidy, Clang Static Analyzer, Clang’s LibTooling, or Tree-sitter for precise code parsing and modification.
- Experience with remote execution and sandboxing technologies to create secure environments for code compilation and testing.
- Skilled in API and protocol design for RPC communication (gRPC, REST) and cloud infrastructure management using major providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
