We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI / AI Copilot Technical Specialist with 10 to 15 years of professional experience in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in AI models, AI tools, AI development, automation, and testing. A comprehensive understanding of the AI ecosystem and relevant business domains is essential. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can take full ownership of complex technical projects and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision. Experience in a techno-functional environment will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, and implement AI-driven solutions utilizing modern AI models and tools.
- Work extensively with AI Copilots and related technologies to build scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
- Develop and enhance AI-powered applications primarily using Java and Python programming languages.
- Utilize AI tools and automation frameworks to optimize software development, testing, and delivery processes.
- Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies employing AI-based testing and automation tools.
- Evaluate AI models, tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies to recommend the most suitable solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the AI ecosystem, including platforms, models, tools, development methodologies, and domain-specific considerations.
- Collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned technical initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges independently.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, Generative AI, AI Copilots, automation, and related technologies.

Required Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of overall professional experience in software development or technology roles.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with AI models, AI tools, and the broader AI ecosystem, including relevant domain expertise.
- At least 2 years of practical experience with AI Copilots or similar AI-assisted development technologies.
- Proven experience with AI-based testing tools and automation frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in Java and Python with hands-on development experience.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, application development, system integration, and automation.
- Ability to navigate and work effectively across the AI technology ecosystem.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Work Environment
The position offers a competitive salary package, with pay up to Rs. 800,000 per month. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad.
