DevBazar is seeking a skilled Senior AI Engineer with four years of experience to join a dynamic team in Lahore. This role involves working on cutting-edge AI, machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and generative AI solutions in a real-world environment. The position is full-time and onsite, located in DHA Phase 5, Lahore, with working hours from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. This is an excellent opportunity for an AI professional eager to apply their expertise in a challenging and innovative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI and machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries.
- Design, train, and optimize deep learning and NLP models, including generative AI systems.
- Work hands-on with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Utilize large language models, prompt engineering techniques, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) methods.
- Integrate AI models with REST APIs and ensure seamless deployment.
- Manage data processing and analysis using libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and OpenCV.
- Collaborate with the team using version control tools such as Git and package managers like PIP and Conda/Anaconda.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI solutions to improve performance and reliability.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in AI engineering or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and AI/ML development.
- Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and generative AI concepts.
- Practical experience with AI frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with large language models, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG techniques.
- Solid knowledge of data manipulation and AI libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and OpenCV.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs with AI models.
- Proficient in using Git for version control and managing Python environments with PIP and Conda/Anaconda.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working with cloud AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud is highly desirable.
