DevBazar is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with over four years of experience to join a dynamic team based in Lahore. This role involves working on cutting-edge AI/ML projects, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions. The position is full-time and onsite, located in DHA Phase 5, Lahore, with working hours from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI engineering and be eager to contribute to real-world applications in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI and machine learning models using Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks.
- Design, train, and optimize deep learning models, including NLP and generative AI systems.
- Work extensively with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
- Integrate AI models with RESTful APIs to support scalable applications.
- Utilize libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and OpenCV for data processing and model development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions effectively.
- Maintain version control and manage dependencies using Git, PIP, and Conda/Anaconda.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI models and pipelines to ensure high performance and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in AI engineering or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and AI/ML development.
- Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and generative AI concepts.
- Practical experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of working with large language models, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG.
- Familiarity with data manipulation and computer vision libraries including NumPy, Pandas, and OpenCV.
- Experience in integrating AI models with REST APIs.
- Competency in version control systems like Git and package management tools such as PIP and Conda/Anaconda.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
