Key Responsibilities
As a Senior AI Engineer specializing in React and TypeScript, you will join our talent network and collaborate directly with U.S.-based clients on a flexible, project-based basis. You will integrate into client teams, working closely with designers and engineers daily to develop and deploy AI-driven software solutions. Your role includes designing and maintaining APIs, creating autonomous workflows, and contributing to continuous integration and delivery pipelines. You will also troubleshoot complex issues, contribute to internal libraries, and ensure the highest standards of quality and performance in your work. Ownership and dedication to client goals are essential, as is active participation in Agile/Scrum team environments.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Completion of a four-year college degree.
- Expertise in React and TypeScript for front-end development.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI systems and autonomous workflow development.
- Strong background integrating modern AI tools, APIs, and frameworks into software platforms.
- Practical knowledge of dbt (data build tool) semantic layer and data modeling concepts.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining APIs and service-to-service integrations for AI applications.
- Solid understanding of data pipelines and modern data stack architectures.
- Ability to work independently on complex technical challenges and contribute to shared codebases.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of deliverables and meet agreed-upon expectations.
- Commitment to aligning with client goals and delivering on team commitments.
