Senior AI Native Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior AI Native Full Stack Developer to take full ownership of production applications while effectively leveraging AI coding agents. This role demands strong engineering judgment to review and validate AI-generated code, ensuring it meets high standards of quality, security, and performance. You will work closely with international teams to design and develop secure, scalable, and modern software solutions that align with today’s technological demands.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain production-ready full-stack applications, building scalable backend services alongside modern frontend interfaces. Utilize AI coding tools to boost development productivity while rigorously reviewing AI-generated code for quality, security, maintainability, and performance. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software reliability. Work with cloud-native infrastructure and deployment pipelines, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams and international clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have over five years of professional software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript), Python, or Go. Solid frontend development skills using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks are essential. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is required, along with familiarity with managed databases, object storage, and serverless services. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is necessary. Expertise in REST API development and proven experience with automated testing methodologies—including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing—is expected. Regular use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar platforms is important, as is the ability to identify and correct AI-generated coding errors, security vulnerabilities, and architectural issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are also critical.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with MCP, large language model orchestration, Agent SDKs, or AI-native engineering workflows will be considered a strong advantage. A background in enterprise, government, regulated, or security-sensitive environments is preferred. Contributions to open-source projects, technical writing, or involvement in public technical initiatives are a plus.
