Senior AI Native Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Senior AI Native Full Stack Developer to take full ownership of production applications while leveraging AI coding agents effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong engineering judgment to review and refine AI-generated code. This role involves collaborating with international teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain production-ready full-stack applications with a focus on reliability and performance.
- Build scalable backend services alongside modern frontend applications using contemporary frameworks.
- Utilize AI coding tools regularly to enhance development productivity and code quality.
- Review AI-generated code thoroughly to ensure it meets standards for quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support seamless communication between services.
- Write and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to guarantee software robustness.
- Work with cloud-native infrastructure and deployment pipelines to facilitate continuous integration and delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with distributed teams and international clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript), Python, or Go for backend development.
- Strong frontend development skills using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with managed databases, object storage solutions, and serverless computing services.
- Experience working with major cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Solid background in designing and developing REST APIs.
- Expertise in automated testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Regular use of AI coding assistants like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or comparable tools.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and correct errors, security vulnerabilities, and architectural flaws in AI-generated code.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities proactively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with MCP, large language model (LLM) orchestration, Agent SDKs, or AI-native engineering workflows is highly desirable.
- Background in enterprise, government, regulated, or security-sensitive environments will be an advantage.
- Contributions to open-source projects, technical writing, or involvement in public technical initiatives are considered a plus.
