Senior AI-Native Full-Stack Developer - Remote / Work From Home

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI-Native Full-Stack Developer / Agentic AI Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is open to candidates based in Pakistan and operates on a morning shift schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building production-ready SaaS applications alongside autonomous, multi-agent coding systems. This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 1,000 to 3,500, depending on experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, production-quality SaaS applications with a focus on AI-native features.
- Architect and implement autonomous multi-agent systems that can perform complex coding tasks independently.
- Integrate large language models (LLMs) and AI coding tools into existing and new software solutions.
- Lead full-stack development efforts, including front-end, back-end, and database management.
- Ensure robust security practices are embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI integration, agent orchestration, and system performance.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-stack software development with strong proficiency in modern frameworks and languages.
- Deep understanding of software architecture principles and best practices for building scalable applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and integrating large language models (LLMs) into software systems.
- Expertise in designing and managing autonomous multi-agent systems or agent orchestration frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of security protocols and practices relevant to cloud-based SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
