Senior Ai Solution Architect (10 years)

We are seeking a Senior AI Solutions Architect with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our team in Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad. This full-time role requires a technically proficient and hands-on AI professional who is passionate about designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions. The ideal candidate will take ownership of projects from architecture through implementation, solving complex problems along the way. Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and integrate scalable AI-powered applications and enterprise Copilot solutions.
- Enhance software development, testing, and delivery processes using AI tools and automation frameworks.
- Evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, and platforms to recommend the most suitable solutions for business needs.
- Collaborate closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to lead complex initiatives and ensure successful delivery.
- Drive innovation by leveraging AI-based testing tools and automation to improve overall software quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in software or technology roles, with a strong focus on AI in the last 4 to 5 years.
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on development experience with AI Copilots or similar AI-assisted development technologies.
- Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.
- Experience working with AI-based testing tools and automation frameworks.
- Demonstrated expertise in software engineering principles, system integration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
