Senior AI Video Creator & Editor

We are an AI-first video production agency based in DHA Phase 1, Karachi, specializing in creating innovative video content for international clients. Our projects range from AI-driven films and documentaries to Meta ads, UGC-style videos, and Pixar-style 3D animations. We are seeking a Senior AI Video Creator & Editor who can independently manage the entire production process—from script to final export—using advanced AI tools alongside professional editing techniques. This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The salary offered ranges from PKR 60,000 to 85,000 per month, depending on skills and portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine prompts for AI-based image and video generation to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Maintain consistency in characters, products, and styles throughout all scenes and projects.
- Edit footage by sequencing, color grading, and sound designing to produce polished, client-ready videos.
- Create AI-generated voiceovers, lip-sync animations, music, and sound effects that enhance storytelling.
- Add captions, text animations, and motion graphics to improve video engagement and clarity.
- Explore and test new AI tools to optimize workflows and improve team productivity.
- Mentor and guide junior editors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in video editing with a strong portfolio.
- Proficient in AI video creation tools such as Kling, Veo/Google Flow, Seedance, Runway, Hailuo, Higgsfield, or similar platforms.
- Experience with AI image generation tools like Midjourney, Nano Banana, or Flux.
- Skilled in AI voice and lip-sync software including ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Hedra, or equivalents.
- Advanced expertise in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve; familiarity with After Effects or CapCut is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of advertising structures, including hooks, viewer retention, and conversion strategies.
- Strong storytelling ability with a cinematic approach to video content.
- Good command of English for interpreting briefs, scripts, and client feedback effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Benefits
- Experience in scriptwriting or ad copywriting is a plus.
- Background in running or editing ads specifically for e-commerce brands is desirable.
- Knowledge or experience in 3D animation or motion design will be considered an advantage.

Candidates are required to submit a CV along with a portfolio showcasing AI-generated work. The portfolio should ideally cover at least two categories such as AI films, documentaries, Meta ads, UGC ads, or 3D animated content, with clear mention of the tools used for each sample. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a practical test as part of the selection process.
