Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead and deliver end-to-end AI projects that address real business challenges. In this role, you will design and implement scalable AI solutions spanning Generative AI, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and automation. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to create impactful technologies that drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI/ML solutions tailored to practical use cases across various domains.
- Build intelligent assistants, semantic search engines, and document intelligence systems.
- Design and implement NLP interfaces and recommendation engines.
- Create and optimize computer vision models for detection, classification, and inspection tasks.
- Deploy and maintain machine learning models in production environments.
- Develop APIs and scalable backend services to support AI applications.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

Required Qualifications
- 5 to 6 years of professional experience in AI/ML, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) including OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience working with LangChain or comparable frameworks.
- Expertise in computer vision tools like YOLO, OpenCV, and Detectron2.
- Strong skills in SQL/NoSQL databases and API development using FastAPI or equivalent.
- Experience with containerization (Docker), version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of MLOps practices and deployment strategies.
