Senior Amazon Marketplace Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Amazon Marketplace Executive to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time, on-site position operates during the morning shift and requires occasional travel. The role focuses on managing and optimizing our presence on the Amazon Marketplace, ensuring smooth operations, accurate listings, and excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Amazon Marketplace management, e-commerce, or administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Amazon seller account, ensuring all product listings are accurate, optimized, and compliant with marketplace standards.
- Coordinate order processing and inventory management to ensure timely fulfillment and stock availability.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and marketplace trends to inform business decisions.
- Provide support to the customer service team by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to Amazon orders.
- Monitor and track changes in Amazon marketplace policies and industry trends to keep the business aligned with best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience working with Amazon Marketplace, e-commerce platforms, or in an administrative support role related to online sales.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and handle customer interactions.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and order coordination processes.
