Senior Architect - Data Analytics

Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is seeking a Senior Technical Architect – Data Analyst to join their Hyderabad team. This full-time role involves leading and mentoring a team to deliver center of excellence (COE) goals, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and driving excellence in project execution. The position requires hands-on involvement in cloud-based AI/ML and data analytics solutions, including some coding responsibilities. The successful candidate will manage project scheduling, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement while taking ownership of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide the team to achieve COE objectives and maintain delivery quality.
- Propose and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and operational excellence.
- Plan and schedule projects and resources effectively to meet deadlines.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Support the development and deployment of end-to-end cloud-based AI/ML and data analytics solutions.
- Take ownership of deliverables, including some coding tasks as necessary.
- Implement business objectives and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with senior management, providing insights and recommendations on product and program initiatives.
- Lead analytical projects aimed at optimizing tools and technologies.
- Develop and implement training techniques to guide teams on modeling methodologies.
- Analyze customer segmentation, behavior, and product analytics to identify opportunities.
- Establish evaluation metrics and models to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Promote best practices and foster collaboration across departments.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 13 years of relevant experience in data analytics and AI/ML.
- Strong knowledge of the data science lifecycle and hands-on experience developing analytics solutions.
- Expertise in Python programming, AI/ML libraries, machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with MLOps on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) and large language model (LLM) project implementation.
