The Senior Architect at Scape-Craft will work full-time in a fully remote capacity, leading architectural projects from initial concept through to completion. This role involves managing design development across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects while coordinating drawings and documentation. The Senior Architect will collaborate closely with interior designers, 3D visualization experts, and other multidisciplinary team members. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing design proposals, ensuring compliance with local regulations and building codes, mentoring junior staff, and actively participating in client meetings and design presentations. Additionally, the role involves refining design standards, integrating sustainable practices, and supporting the creation of immersive visual and VR experiences aligned with the studio’s innovative vision.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion across various sectors including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Oversee design development, coordinate technical drawings, and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with interior designers, 3D visualization specialists, landscape architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver cohesive project outcomes.
- Prepare and review design proposals, ensuring all work complies with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering professional growth and maintaining design quality.
- Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and stakeholder coordination to communicate design intent clearly.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards and the integration of sustainable architectural practices.
- Support the development of immersive visual content, including VR tours and cinematic showreels, to enhance client engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in architectural design and planning, with strong skills in concept development, space planning, and detailing for both residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software such as CAD, BIM platforms, and 3D modeling tools, along with familiarity with visualization workflows.
- Solid knowledge of international building codes, regulations, and construction practices, with the ability to produce precise technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with interiors, landscape, visualization specialists, consultants, and contractors.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring junior staff, managing project timelines, and upholding high standards of design quality and consistency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients, conducting design reviews, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Commitment to innovative, sustainable, and user-centered design, supported by a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or eligibility is advantageous.
