We are seeking a Senior Associate with authorization experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and be comfortable working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. This is an on-site position, and candidates will be required to attend an in-person interview. Oncology experience is highly preferred, as it will enhance the candidate’s ability to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process authorization requests efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance payers to obtain necessary approvals for patient care.
- Maintain detailed records of authorization activities and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Utilize NextGen systems and other relevant tools to track and manage authorization workflows.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of US payer requirements and guidelines to facilitate smooth authorization processes.
- Support the team in handling complex cases, particularly in oncology and orthopedic domains, to ensure timely patient care.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in healthcare authorization or a related field.
- Proven ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM) in an office environment.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare payers and their authorization processes.
- Familiarity with NextGen software or similar healthcare management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
