Senior AWS DevOps Engineer with AI Ops

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS, Terraform, DevOps methodologies, scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell, and emerging technologies like GenAI, RAG, or AI. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, designing CI/CD pipelines, developing automation frameworks, and implementing observability solutions. This role demands a focus on security, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence within AWS environments, ensuring seamless cloud-native platform management.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain automation pipelines that support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery using modern DevOps best practices.
- Design, implement, and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions with Terraform, including the creation of reusable modules, remote state management, drift detection, and automated deployment workflows.
- Provision, manage, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure, emphasizing scalability, security, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline operational tasks and infrastructure management.
- Collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to enhance deployment processes, environment configurations, and overall platform reliability.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for AWS-based workloads across compute, networking, containerized, and serverless environments.
- Implement monitoring and observability tools, along with operational dashboards, to enable proactive detection of issues and performance tuning.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments on infrastructure and applications, followed by implementing appropriate remediation strategies.
- Participate in incident management, change management, disaster recovery testing, and initiatives aimed at improving operational resilience.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience working with AWS cloud services and managing cloud infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code, including module development and state management.
- Solid scripting skills in at least one of the following: Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using DevOps principles.
- Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools to maintain system health and performance.
- Understanding of security best practices within cloud environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
