Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team and lead the full business analysis lifecycle. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives by ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions. Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will influence product direction while adhering to CureMD’s Product Development Process. Your expertise will be essential in delivering impactful healthcare technology solutions that improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Analysis: Lead stakeholder engagements to define project scope and objectives. Conduct market analysis, system evaluations, and gap analyses to uncover opportunities. Ensure the creation of high-quality requirement documentation and business cases.

Concept Development & Prototyping: Drive solution design, workflows, and feature definitions aligned with business objectives. Review and validate prototypes to ensure usability and scalability. Mentor junior analysts in design and analysis tasks.

Functional Specifications & Architecture: Manage user stories, test cases, and requirements traceability. Lead solution design discussions to ensure technical architecture alignment. Perform impact analysis and maintain compliance with standards.

Engineering Collaboration & Delivery: Serve as a key liaison between business and engineering teams throughout development. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery. Oversee testing phases to guarantee solution quality.

Rollout & Adoption: Define rollout strategies and facilitate successful product adoption. Coordinate with stakeholders on training, release planning, and support readiness.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile or similar environments.
- Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and documentation best practices.
