Professional Worlds is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ hands-on experience working with freelancing platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn. This role requires a results-driven professional with a strong personal portfolio and a proven ability to generate leads, secure projects, and build lasting client relationships. The position is full-time, onsite, and operates during the night shift. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and secure projects through Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the client base.
- Identify potential clients and nurture long-term business relationships.
- Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals.
- Manage ongoing client communications and follow up on new business opportunities.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients to ensure consistent business growth.
- Achieve monthly targets related to leads, project acquisitions, and revenue generation.
- Maintain and update a professional portfolio showcasing previous achievements and successful projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience working with Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn.
- A strong personal portfolio demonstrating previous projects, client acquisition success, and relevant achievements.
- Excellent English communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of generating leads and converting prospects into paying clients.
- Strong understanding of freelancing platforms and international client acquisition processes.
- Willingness to work onsite in Johar Town, Lahore, during the night shift.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
