Senior Business Process Analyst

With a portfolio of over 400 successful projects, we serve a diverse range of clients, from startups and small businesses to large multinational corporations. We are currently seeking a Mid to Senior Business Analyst to join our Project Management team based in Houston, TX, USA. This role focuses on driving the end-to-end RFP process, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise applications and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete RFP lifecycle by analyzing requirements, coordinating with sales, technical, and subject matter experts, and ensuring timely submission of proposals that meet client needs.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories aligned with project goals.
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing business processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and optimize resource allocation.
- Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends and insights, presenting findings clearly to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders across all levels, facilitating communication, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Prepare detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications. Deliver reports and presentations to communicate project status and key metrics to management and stakeholders.
- Support quality assurance efforts by defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria, working closely with testing teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on managing RFP processes within the software or technology industry.
- Deep understanding of RFP procedures, including requirements analysis, proposal development, and vendor evaluation. Familiarity with RFP software tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and functional specification development. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders and presenting complex information clearly.
- Solid data analysis capabilities, including proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications such as CBAP or PMP are a plus.
