You are a seasoned commercial leader who doesn’t just protect revenue but actively drives its expansion. With extensive experience managing complex enterprise portfolios, you excel at renegotiating high-value contracts, revitalizing challenging relationships, and crafting commercial strategies that deliver sustained growth. You seek an organization where operational rigor, AI-powered tools, and seamless cross-functional collaboration are standard—not exceptions. This opportunity offers exactly that environment, empowering you to lead with precision and impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Portfolio Revenue Ownership: Manage renewal and upsell targets across enterprise accounts with annual contract values exceeding $1 million. Maintain precise forecast accuracy and margin discipline throughout every deal cycle.
- Strategic Client Engagement: Lead quarterly business reviews, handle executive escalations, and execute relationship recovery initiatives that convert risks into renewed commitments and commercial growth.
- Complex Deal Architecture: Design and negotiate multi-year agreements, statements of work (SOWs), service-level agreements (SLAs), and pricing models that balance customer value with sustainable profitability.
- Commercial Mentorship: Elevate your team’s capabilities by coaching on negotiation techniques, pricing strategies, and the strategic thinking underpinning effective deal structures.
- GenAI-Powered Operations: Utilize AI tools daily to accelerate pipeline analysis, improve proposal quality, and optimize communication rhythms across your portfolio.
- Integrated Execution: Collaborate closely with delivery, legal, finance, and customer success teams on a structured weekly cadence to ensure smooth transitions from signed deals to value delivery.
- Data-Driven Process Improvement: Maintain CRM excellence, champion order-to-cash (O2C) workflow optimization, and translate account insights into scalable commercial playbooks.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading B2B enterprise software sales with direct quota responsibility tied to renewals, retention, or account expansion.
- Proven track record managing enterprise relationships with $1M+ annual contract values, adept at navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Expertise in structuring and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements, including multi-year contracts, SOWs, SLAs, and custom pricing frameworks.
- Strong financial acumen, comfortable discussing P&L dynamics, revenue recognition, forecasting methodologies, and customer lifetime value economics.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms and familiarity with order-to-cash processes.
- Executive presence suitable for boardroom interactions, able to build credibility quickly and maintain composure under pressure.
- High accountability mindset, energized by weekly metrics reviews, transparent pipeline scoring, and continuous performance tracking.
- Practical experience integrating generative AI tools into commercial workflows for data analysis, content creation, or operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience within AI, data analytics, or SaaS-focused technology companies.
- Formal training or certification in MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or Command of the Message methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in developing sales talent through coaching, mentoring, or leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement, legal review, and compliance requirements for large-scale contracts.
- Direct experience managing accounts within Fortune 500 or Global 2000 companies.

This role offers a structured, high-performance commercial environment designed for disciplined operators. You will develop AI-native commercial expertise, mastering generative AI integration across the deal lifecycle—from pipeline diagnostics to contract generation. You will adopt repeatable, battle-tested frameworks for forecast management, deal review, and escalation handling that few organizations operationalize. Managing a diverse portfolio of complex accounts will sharpen your enterprise pattern recognition, enabling you to codify winning strategies into scalable playbooks. Additionally, sustained collaboration with delivery, finance, legal, and customer success teams will expand your cross-functional influence and prepare you for leadership beyond traditional sales boundaries.

If you value the quality of your process as much as the size of your numbers, this is the opportunity to elevate your career to the next level.
