Senior Cold Caller for Digital Marketing Campaigns

Decode Digital, based in Lahore, is looking for experienced Cold Callers to join their team and promote digital marketing, SEO, and e-commerce services. This full-time, on-site position involves making outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling product demonstrations for the sales team. The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with CRM systems, and the ability to consistently meet targets. Collaboration with the marketing team to refine outreach scripts is also an important aspect of the job. Candidates with previous outbound sales or call center experience will be highly valued. A minimum education requirement is a high school diploma.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Decode Digital’s range of services.
- Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities for the sales and account management teams.
- Schedule follow-up meetings and product demos to advance the sales process.
- Maintain and update call lists, ensuring accurate records are kept in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets related to call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve outreach scripts and overall campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Proven cold calling and telemarketing skills, capable of handling a high volume of calls efficiently.
- Experience in lead generation and qualifying prospects, particularly for digital marketing services.
- Clear and professional telephone presence with strong active listening abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and track client interactions.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising concepts.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Flexibility to adapt scripts and approaches based on feedback and campaign needs.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Lahore during regular business hours.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma.
