Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a seasoned Senior Communications Specialist to lead and manage the daily execution of communication strategies supporting the company’s Data & AI transformation. This role involves planning, directing, and ensuring the quality of communication initiatives and channel activities that drive awareness, alignment, and engagement across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping messages that resonate with diverse audiences and coordinating multi-channel communication efforts to support strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive communication plan, including an editorial calendar and initiative charters detailing activities, modes, frequency, target stakeholders, and feedback mechanisms.
- Oversee the Content Developer and Channels Coordinator to implement seven communication initiatives across six channels: SharePoint, meetings/events, digital boards, intra-site platforms, e-learning, and email.
- Craft and approve key messages and narratives tailored to various audiences such as leadership, strategic teams, support functions, and data consumers.
- Collaborate with the brand and creative teams to ensure visual assets align with communication goals and work closely with subject matter experts to guarantee technical accuracy.
- Conduct stakeholder feedback sessions, surveys, and polls, integrating sentiment analysis into the adoption workstream to enhance communication effectiveness.
- Ensure all communication efforts are consistent with the company’s data strategy objectives and adhere to established visual guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 9 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, change communications, or campaign management.
- Proven track record managing multi-channel communication programs within large organizations.
- Experience in GCC or KSA corporate communications is preferred.
- Strong expertise in internal and corporate communications, including campaign planning and execution.
- Skilled in message development, storytelling, and channel strategy formulation.
- Proficient in creating communication charters, editorial calendars, and engaging stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in event communications and preparing executive briefings.
- Fluency in English is required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Certifications from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) or equivalent corporate communications certification are preferred.
