The Senior Computer Aided Design (CAD) Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role involves creating, reviewing, and refining detailed technical and construction drawings to support various design and engineering projects. The successful candidate will develop CAD models, update design documentation, and collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to ensure all drawings meet relevant standards and specifications. The position requires translating conceptual ideas into precise technical designs, troubleshooting design challenges, and maintaining well-organized project files. Additionally, the Senior CAD Designer will mentor junior designers, contribute to process enhancements, and support quality assurance across all design outputs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and refine detailed CAD models and technical drawings for design and engineering projects.
- Review and update design documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and project managers, to translate concepts into buildable plans.
- Troubleshoot design issues and provide technical solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access and reference.
- Mentor and guide junior designers to enhance team capabilities and performance.
- Contribute to process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency and quality in design workflows.
- Support quality assurance efforts by ensuring all design outputs adhere to relevant safety codes and building regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Proficient in industry-standard Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software with strong skills in complex modeling.
- Expertise in technical drawing and producing clear, precise, and professional design documentation.
- Experience in creating construction drawings and applying design engineering principles to develop compliant, buildable plans.
- Relevant experience in design projects across residential, commercial, or industrial sectors, preferably related to individual and family services.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Architectural Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple design tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating within multidisciplinary teams on-site in Lahore.
