Key Responsibilities
You will manage up to two projects simultaneously, working alongside senior business leaders such as Directors and Partners to ensure high-quality delivery, risk management, and alignment with client expectations on outcomes and timelines. Your role includes assessing current-state data architectures, identifying gaps and strategic goals, and defining clear improvement roadmaps across data governance, protection, migration, and cloud journeys. Additionally, you will contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and supporting growth initiatives in the market. Leading delivery across project lifecycle phases, you will supervise teams, manage competing priorities, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while monitoring engagement performance against budget. Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaboration across service lines to deliver integrated outcomes are essential. Flexibility to travel on short notice is required.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree with approximately 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a global consulting firm, including managing teams of at least four people. Data Architecture certifications are mandatory and serve as a key differentiator. Hands-on experience with big data platforms such as Cloudera, Informatica, Databricks, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is essential. Proven ability to lead teams through all project phases—including requirements definition, business re-engineering, and application mapping—is required. Industry expertise in one or two domains such as Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, or Telecom is highly valued. Strong proficiency in SQL, working knowledge of NoSQL, experience with Hive in big data environments, and familiarity with ETL/ELT design and delivery (including Informatica implementations) are necessary. You should also have experience establishing data management frameworks, applying data governance and protection principles, and managing data risks with a risk-aware approach. Awareness of modern architecture concepts like data fabric and data mesh is important.
