Senior Consultant - Package Implementation

We are seeking a skilled professional with 5 to 8 years of overall experience to join our team, specializing in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting ServiceNow operations and be capable of managing day-to-day operational activities and business-as-usual (BAU) requests related to HAM and SAM. This role requires close coordination with business users and stakeholders across the EU and US regions, ensuring smooth workflow and integration processes within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide operational support for ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules, handling BAU requests efficiently.
- Monitor job workflows and integration processes, promptly identifying and resolving any failures.
- Perform regular data maintenance, validation, and operational updates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders across multiple regions, including Europe and the United States, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Support ongoing ServiceNow operations support activities, contributing to continuous improvement and system reliability.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in IT asset management or related fields.
- Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM and/or SAM modules.
- Strong exposure to ServiceNow operations support activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across diverse teams and regions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve job workflow and integration failures within the ServiceNow environment.
