Senior Consultant_SAP FICO Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Business Analyst with extensive experience in SAP FICO and S/4HANA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of translating complex business requirements into effective functional solutions. This role involves supporting the entire implementation lifecycle, from gathering requirements and aligning them with business units to functional design, solution proposals, managing change requests, and providing testing support and hypercare. The candidate should be proactive, independent, and capable of proposing innovative solutions, including hands-on SAP configuration knowledge. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, along with a minimum of eight years of SAP experience that includes business analyst responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units to gather and align requirements effectively.
- Develop functional designs and propose solutions that meet business needs.
- Manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support testing activities and provide hypercare post-implementation.
- Utilize SAP configuration knowledge to propose and implement solutions.
- Act independently and proactively to identify and resolve issues.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP, with a focus on FICO modules.
- Proven experience working with S/4HANA environments.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.
- Experience supporting full project implementation lifecycles, including requirements gathering, design, change management, testing, and hypercare.
- Strong SAP configuration skills relevant to FICO processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and propose solutions proactively.
