Senior Creative Designer

Denovers, a product design partner for global SaaS and AI companies based in Karachi, is seeking a Senior Creative Designer / Creative Head to lead creative thinking at a brand level. This role is ideal for a deeply artistic and highly conceptual professional who excels at building brands from the ground up. Beyond designing assets, you will shape brand identity, direction, and storytelling. You will collaborate closely with international clients, primarily from the Middle East and KSA, as well as work alongside an internal design team specializing in UX, UI, and motion to deliver cohesive and impactful brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand conceptualization from inception through identity development to final execution.
- Translate abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives and comprehensive brand systems.
- Define creative direction across product, marketing, and digital platforms.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their vision while challenging and enhancing their creative thinking.
- Mentor and elevate the skills of internal designers across UI/UX, branding, and motion disciplines.
- Develop brand identities including logos, typography, and color systems, along with visual languages and design systems.
- Create campaign concepts and storytelling directions that resonate across all brand touchpoints such as web, product, and marketing channels.
- Ensure consistency in brand presentation and uphold high standards of taste, aesthetics, and global design trends.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in creative design, brand design, or art direction.
- Proven track record of building brands from scratch, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Exceptional conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to go beyond execution.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience working with international clients, with Middle East market exposure considered a plus.
- Confident in presenting and defending creative ideas to stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of modern design trends, particularly in AI, SaaS, Web3, and technology sectors.
- Proficient in design collaboration tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects preferred).
- Familiarity with motion design and storytelling is advantageous.
- Awareness of AI tools in design workflows is a bonus.
