Senior CRM & AI Automation Manager

Bridgegold is seeking two experienced Senior CRM & AI Automation Managers to join our team on a full-time, remote basis from Pakistan. This role involves independently developing, operating, and continuously improving an integrated AI-powered commercial operating system that connects advertising, investor enquiries, qualification, CRM, messaging, voice agents, appointments, follow-ups, and commercial progression. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of hands-on experience managing comparable systems in live commercial environments and be ready to deliver fully functioning solutions from day one. This is not a training position, and only professionals with proven expertise will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain advanced HubSpot CRM workflows, including Contacts, Deals, pipelines, custom properties, qualification logic, and API integrations.
- Build and manage Instagram Messenger and ManyChat automations, incorporating AI qualification and human handoff processes.
- Oversee Twilio and WhatsApp Business integrations, managing messaging workflows, templates, webhooks, and delivery controls.
- Integrate Meta advertising with HubSpot, including Conversions API, campaign attribution, and CRM-to-Meta conversion feedback.
- Develop and maintain ElevenLabs AI voice agents, handling telephone routing, call transfers, transcripts, and CRM integration.
- Incorporate OpenAI APIs and conversational AI into business workflows to automate investor qualification, segmentation, appointment booking, notifications, follow-ups, and commercial progression.
- Write, debug, and maintain custom integrations using APIs, webhooks, and server-side code.
- Identify and resolve production issues such as failures, duplicate messages, missing leads, incorrect triggers, and broken integrations.
- Maintain production monitoring, automated alerts, testing, technical documentation, and safe deployment procedures.
- Independently manage priorities, provide reliable completion estimates, and deliver fully operational solutions.
- Collaborate with the second Automation Manager to verify work and provide full operational backup.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum five years of professional experience with advanced HubSpot CRM automation, workflows, API integrations, and reporting.
- Proven expertise in ManyChat and Instagram Messenger automated conversations, chatbot integrations, qualification, and human handoff.
- Hands-on experience with Twilio and WhatsApp Business messaging APIs, automated workflows, templates, delivery monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Conversions API for campaign attribution, conversion-event tracking, and CRM-to-Meta feedback.
- Experience with ElevenLabs AI voice agents, including telephone connectivity, call routing, transfers, and CRM integration.
- Proficiency in OpenAI APIs for LLM-powered workflows, conversational AI, and business process automation.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/Node.js and/or Python, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and database integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure production reliability through debugging, event deduplication, retries, failure recovery, monitoring, and deployment controls.
- Independent technical management skills, including task prioritization, incident resolution, deadline adherence, and live commercial system management.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

- Bridgegold offers a competitive starting compensation beginning at PKR 160,000 per month, adjustable based on experience and expertise.
- The role is fully remote, allowing flexibility while working with an international company specializing in residence and citizenship by investment.
- Contractors will work under formal agreements outlining responsibilities, deliverables, performance expectations, and termination provisions.
- We emphasize immediate technical competence and expect contractors to deliver tested, operational solutions from the outset.
- False claims or misrepresentations regarding experience or capabilities may lead to immediate contract termination.
