Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, production, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and requests through various communication channels.
- Manage customer complaints in line with company procedures and service standards.
- Maintain communication with customers and vendors regarding order status and developments, working closely with the Customer Service Supervisor to keep customer profiles updated.
- Use standardized forms and maintain records in compliance with ISO procedures.
- Acknowledge new customer orders via email and coordinate with the Central Order Desk to resolve any missing information.
- Review customer order details and follow up to resolve incomplete or unclear orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Global Product Development (GPD) team for new item setups and with finance for establishing new customer accounts.
- Release verified data in the system, send layouts for customer approval, share Proforma Invoices, provide daily dispatch updates, track open orders, and assist in root-cause investigations related to customer complaints (CCR).

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 to 5 years of experience managing corporate customers, preferably within an export-focused industry.
- Proven track record in customer relations, working across business units and geographical regions within a publicly traded company.
- Excellent active listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- High levels of empathy, patience, responsiveness, and emotional intelligence.
- Strong integrity and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Google productivity tools.
- Demonstrated ability in decision-making, time management, and problem-solving.
