The Senior Data Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This position involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to generate actionable insights that drive mobile-first growth initiatives and performance marketing campaigns. The analyst will design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that support user acquisition strategies, budget allocation, and optimization across multiple channels. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and operations is essential to define KPIs, conduct statistical analyses, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Additionally, the role includes mentoring junior analysts, enhancing data processes, and contributing to data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support marketing and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to define key performance indicators and measurement frameworks.
- Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Translate data findings into clear, concise recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts to improve their analytical skills and data literacy.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience analyzing complex datasets.
- Strong analytical skills with practical experience in data analytics.
- Solid foundation in statistics and the ability to apply statistical methods to solve business problems.
- Proficiency in data modeling, including building and maintaining data structures for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
