Senior Data Entry Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team at our Hub Chowki location near Nazar Chowrangi, Baluchistan, close to the Karachi side. This full-time, permanent position requires an individual who can efficiently handle large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and timely processing, contributing to the smooth operation of our data management systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data within company systems to ensure information is current and reliable.
- Verify the integrity of all data by cross-referencing with original source documents to prevent errors.
- Create detailed spreadsheet reports and summaries to support data analysis and decision-making processes.
- Manage the timely processing of large volumes of data, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive information at all times.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Proven experience working as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role, demonstrating a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency.
- Expertise in maintaining data accuracy, fast processing speeds, and meticulous verification skills.
- Excellent typing speed coupled with high accuracy to ensure error-free data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, along with experience using database management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with prior experience in a fast-paced data entry environment will be highly regarded. The company offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
