Senior Delivery Manager

Ciklum is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to join our team full-time in Pakistan. As a custom product engineering company, we support multinational organizations and scaling startups in solving complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all core Scrum events such as Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Remove team dependencies and coach members to resolve blockers independently.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Tech Leads to streamline project delivery.
- Build trust and manage expectations across diverse stakeholders.
- Create and maintain progress dashboards and key performance metrics.
- Set clear priorities, define team expectations, and promote continuous process improvements.
- Support backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment, even under pressure.
- Manage team onboarding and offboarding as project needs evolve.
- Develop effective working relationships with client counterparts to support project execution and coordination.
- Define and manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
- Estimate, plan, and adjust project activities from initiation through completion to meet milestones.
- Track and report project progress, risks, and financials to internal stakeholders and clients using established tools.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks or blockers, collaborating with stakeholders to find solutions.
- Coordinate team ramp-up and onboarding in alignment with recruitment and delivery plans.
- Apply and maintain delivery best practices in tools, processes, and communication flows.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in IT project delivery, coordination, or team management.
- Proven experience managing or coordinating teams of 20+ full-time employees.
- Strong understanding of scope control, scheduling, and team coordination.
- Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery lifecycles.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and ability to monitor delivery progress using tools like Scrum burndown charts and Gantt diagrams.
- Proficiency in Agile tools, preferably Azure DevOps, for tracking and backlog management.
- Hands-on experience creating project dashboards and delivery metrics.
- Technical aptitude or equivalent experience working closely with development teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities in high-pressure environments.
- Resilience and composure under demanding conditions.
- Knowledge of team ramp-up, resourcing plans, and staffing.
- Understanding of contract types such as SOW and MSA and their impact on delivery terms.
- Basic financial literacy, including gross margin, rate cards, headcount allocation, and budget forecasting.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or advanced setup of task tracking tools.
- SAFe certification or relevant experience is highly desirable.
