We are looking for a Senior Design & Application Engineer to join our team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position involves leading the design, development, and implementation of automation and electrical engineering solutions. The role requires ensuring all projects comply with specifications, industry standards, company procedures, and client requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle. The engineer will be actively involved in site activities such as Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, system modifications, training, and final handover. A solid understanding of major control systems, including their working principles and functionalities, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of control systems hardware, including Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements.
- Participate in site activities including FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct system modifications and provide technical training to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and handover.
- Maintain clear communication of technical information with clients and internal teams.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience in Industrial Automation and Control Systems.
- Proven expertise in hardware design for control systems, particularly with DCS.
- Strong knowledge of industrial standards, instrumentation, and control system principles.
- Hands-on experience with system testing, FAT, site commissioning, and startup activities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of discussing complex technical information effectively.
