Senior Design Consultant - Digital Learning

10Pearls, a global AI-native digital engineering partner, is seeking a Senior Design Consultant - Digital Learning to drive the creation and implementation of innovative digital learning solutions. This role focuses on building digital learning pathways and supporting technology-enabled initiatives that enhance workforce capabilities and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to design scalable learning programs in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and emerging technologies. Combining expertise in learning design, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven evaluation, this position plays a critical role in advancing organization-wide digital upskilling.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development and execution of the organization’s digital learning strategy to align with business goals.
- Identify capability gaps and learning needs, designing effective digital learning solutions to address them.
- Create scalable learning programs, pathways, and digital curricula tailored to business priorities.
- Design, curate, and develop engaging digital learning content using modern authoring tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, business leaders, and stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful learning interventions.
- Contribute to the enhancement of digital learning platforms, including learning pathways, assessments, and accreditation mechanisms.
- Leverage innovative methodologies, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled tools to boost learner engagement and outcomes.
- Measure learning effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative data, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support digital adoption initiatives and broader organizational upskilling efforts.
- Manage multiple learning projects independently, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships across Learning & Development, technology, and business teams.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, digital learning, or program development.
- Strong proficiency with digital learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline.
- Experience with Microsoft productivity tools and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, digital learning technologies, and learning experience platforms (LXPs/LMS).
- Solid understanding of digital learning strategies, digital adoption programs, and technology-enabled learning initiatives.
- Experience designing assessments, learning pathways, and capability frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and leadership levels.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and project management capabilities.
- Ability to translate business needs into measurable learning outcomes.
