Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions that power our AI-driven recruitment platform.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data science to deliver high-quality features.
- Optimize application performance and ensure reliability across various components of the platform.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in software development with strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, especially as applied to recruitment or HR technology.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team.
