As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Keka, you will take full technical ownership of the company’s Azure-based cloud platform. Your role will focus on enhancing the reliability, security, and speed of delivery for Keka’s SaaS product. Collaborating closely with Engineering, QA, Database, and Security teams, you will build a stable, automated, and cost-efficient platform. Success in your first year will be measured by improvements in deployment speed and safety, enhanced observability and incident response, and enabling AI tooling on a shared, governed infrastructure.
The Engineering team at Keka operates with high ownership, clear standards, and a strong bias for execution. The team is language-agnostic, selecting the best tools and stacks for each challenge, and is responsible for the design, build, and reliability of Keka’s products.

Required Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering roles.
- Hands-on expertise with Azure cloud services, Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-growing, innovative environment where your contributions will directly impact the scalability and robustness of a leading HR technology platform. You will be part of a collaborative team that values ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
