Senior Dispatcher

OPT LINK HUB is seeking an experienced Senior Truck Dispatcher to join its new branch located in Park View Society, Lahore. This full-time, on-site position involves managing and dispatching trucks for US freight operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US truck dispatching and be adept at coordinating logistics to ensure efficient and profitable load management.

Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch and manage trucks efficiently to maximize operational performance.
- Source and book profitable loads using DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards.
- Negotiate rates effectively with brokers and shippers to secure favorable terms.
- Coordinate communication between drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan routes, pickups, and deliveries with attention to timing and efficiency.
- Track loads continuously and resolve any delays or operational issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and all necessary documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in US truck dispatching.
- Strong knowledge of the US trucking and freight industry, including familiarity with relevant regulations and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in using load boards such as DAT and Truckstop.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of US geography, including states, freight lanes, and time zones.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple trucks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent organizational capabilities.
