We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Draftsman to join our design team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating architectural and technical drawings throughout various stages of project development. This role demands strong technical drafting skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with architects, designers, and project execution teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate architectural drawings, construction documentation, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Review drawings to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
- Update drawings to incorporate design revisions, client feedback, and site requirements.
- Maintain organized drawing sets, revisions, and technical documentation.
- Review and provide technical guidance to junior draftsmen as needed.
- Support the preparation of construction and execution drawings.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or relevant qualification in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional drafting experience, preferably within an architectural or engineering consultancy.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, including 2D drafting and technical detailing.
- Solid understanding of architectural plans, sections, elevations, construction details, and drawing standards.
- Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into technically accurate working drawings.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple drawing packages simultaneously.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Working knowledge of Revit or other relevant drafting software.
- Previous experience reviewing or mentoring junior draftsmen.
